Who is responsible for your data

SPARTANE, with address at Av. Manuel Gómez Morín 350, int. PB6A-11, Col. Valle del Campestre, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, C.P. 66265, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data. For anything related to this notice: sales@spartane.ai.

What data we process, and only that

This site requires no sign-up for anything. The data that reaches us is, specifically:

• If you write to us or book a session: your name, your email and, if you share them, your phone, your company and the sector you operate in.
• If you leave your email in a form: the address and the page you left it from, so we know which industry you are writing about.
• While browsing: aggregate usage data —pages viewed, source of the visit, device type— collected with Google Analytics 4 with the IP address anonymised.

We do not process sensitive personal data. We do not ask for payment details on this site: there is no online charging.

What we use it for

• To reply to you and prepare the thirty-minute session with your process.
• To send you the material you ask for — a sector brief, a brochure, a specific reading with its sources.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages of the site are useful and which are not.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.

The open systems store nothing of yours

The nineteen published suites open with no sign-up and run on sample data, marked as such. They are demonstrations: you should not enter real information or personal data in them, and whatever you type there is neither kept nor associated with you.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that make the site and the contact work, and only for that: analytics (Google), session booking (Calendly), messaging (WhatsApp) and email. Each one processes data under its own policies.

Beyond that, there are no transfers. If the law required us to hand information to a competent authority, we would do so only to the extent that obligation demands.

How long we keep it

Contact data is kept while a commercial conversation is open and, afterwards, for as long as it may be needed to meet a legal obligation or resolve a query. Analytics data is kept in aggregate, under the retention period configured in the tool.

Your rights, and how to exercise them

You may access your personal data, rectify it if inaccurate, cancel it when you consider it unnecessary, and object to its processing for specific purposes. You may also withdraw any consent you have given.

To exercise any of these rights, write to sales@spartane.ai stating your name, a way to reach you and which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within a maximum of twenty business days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may turn to the Mexican data protection authority.

Cookies and how to turn them off

The site uses its own and Google cookies to measure usage in aggregate. You can block or delete them from your browser settings; the site works without them. We use no advertising or profiling cookies.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice we will publish the new version on this same page with its update date. Changes apply from publication. The version in force is always the one here.
